- How long do your candles burn?
- Our 8oz candles burn for approximately 40–50 hours when cared for properly. Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn.
- Where do you ship?
- We ship across Europe. Orders leave the Utrecht studio within 2 business days. Most EU destinations arrive in 3–7 business days with tracking included.
- What's your return policy?
- Under EU consumer law you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase. Candles must be unburned and in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item. If a candle arrives damaged, email us — we'll cover it.
- How should I care for my candle?
- Trim the wick before each burn. Let the wax pool reach the edge on the first burn to prevent tunneling. Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
- Are the candles vegan / cruelty-free?
- Yes. Soy wax, cotton wicks, and clean fragrance oils. No animal products, no animal testing.
